Do I have to purchase Friday (4-11) and Saturday (4-12) concerts separately?
Yes.  For security reasons, each nights transactions must be separate.  You will need to make a separate purchase for each night's tickets.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.

What if I need a hotel or airline arrangements?
Check the bottom of the ticket purchase page, you will find links to assist you.  While we have secured special hotel pricing for RushTour attendees, we have no other affiliation with the hotel or the other travel services listed.  You must make your own arrangements with each service.

Is bus service for groups available?
See link at bottom of ticket purchase page.  Follow the instructions on that link.

What should I do if the ticket page says that tickets are sold out?
We recommend that if you have been unable to purchase tickets, check back.  Sometimes blocks of reserved seating tickets are released close to the event date.  Availability is subject to change. 
 

Are my tickets open seating or reserved seating?
All seating is open seating by section.  We suggest bringing a jacket or some like non-valuable item to reserve your seat when buying food, merchandise, or using the restroom facilities.  Security is not responsible for lost or stolen items, but security will be posted to provide the safest environment possible.  Seats can not be reserved by people in attendance for people who have not arrived at the concert event. 
 

Are ticket sales final?
Yes, all ticket sales are final.
 
Are convenience fees refundable?
No, they are not.
 
How many tickets can I purchase at a time?
You can purchase up to 8 tickets at a time.  If you wish more tickets, you must re-enter the site and begin over.  If your group exceeds 20 people, we suggest contacting the group sales manager.

What do I do if I'm having trouble purchasing my tickets online?
Click the link at the top of your page that says "contact us."  We will be happy to help you immediately.

Can I bring a camera to the guaranteed Meet & Greet?
We believe that cameras will be allowed for the guaranteed Meet & Greet times, but check back closer to the concert to confirm this information. 
 
Can I bring something for Dog and the bands to autograph?
Beth and DOG have asked that you purchase items when you arrive.  Outside items will not be permitted when checking into the venue.  You can advance purchase a RushTour T-shirt prior to your arrival for Band signing.  It's just $10 prior to concert, or $15 at the concert.  When you arrive present your email receipt to pick up your shirt. 
 
Will all proceeds from the concert be donated to Mooseheart Child City & School?
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Mooseheart, just because its a favorite organization of The RushTour.  It is our hope that others will see the value of Mooseheart's work, and consider becoming monthly donors or make a donation.  We hope our choice to utilize Mooseheart campus' will increase public awareness for a worthy cause.

Who is Mooseheart? 
Mooseheart's beautiful 365 acre main campus is home, school, and community to more than 200 socially and economically disadvantaged children.  Their work in restoring lives is nothing short of miraculous. 

Children and teens come to Mooseheart from any situation in which they're lacking a secure home, be it the death or disability of a breadwinner, an unsafe neighborhood or living environment, or a situation in which grandparents have been forced (again) into a child-raising guardian role.   Children and teens are generally admitted to Mooseheart as old as 14 or 15, but in recent years Mooseheart has taken in babies as young as five weeks old.  When Mooseheart admits a child, it does so with the agreement that despite the age, that child will be cared for until his or her graduation from Mooseheart High School.  When a child graduates with grades of "B" or better, the Moose organization has been able to provide scholarship funds equal to four years of tuition with  room-and-board at a state university.  To learn more about this organization, go to

Where is Mooseheart Child City and School?
The Mooseheart Field house is between the cities of North Aurora and Batavia, Illinois off of Route 31.  See the events page for a printable map. 
 
When do doors open and how long is the concert?
Friday nights concert begins at 7:00pm.  The doors open at 5:30pm.  Family night should conclude between 10-10:30pm.
Saturday night's concert begins at 6:00pm.  Doors open at 4:30pm.  Rock night should conclude between 10-10:30pm.

 
What time should I arrive for Guaranteed Meet and Greet?

Check back for final details.  We are awaiting Duane's and Beth's arrival schedule to set the times. 
Scheduled time will probably be (but is subject to change):
    Friday:      4:30-6:30pm
    Saturday:  3:30-5:30pm

Meet and Greet has been changed to accommodate DOG's travel plans.  Meet and Greet will now be held immediately after DOG's presentation.  Early arrival at the concert is no longer necessary.  Doors open Friday 4/11 at 5:30pm and Saturday 4/12 at 4:30pm.
 
Can I meet DOG if I don't get a Guaranteed Meet and Greet pass?
DOG will do everything he can to meet as many people as possible.  Because of travel plans and TV interviews, we can't guarantee that everyone in line will meet him, but he will make every attempt possible to meet as many of his fans as he can.  Best advice is to purchase the Guarantee pass as soon as possible.
 

Does Meet and Greet include Beth, his wife?
Yes, the guaranteed Meet and Greet includes Beth's presence.  We'll have to play it by ear for extended Meet and Greet times, because we have not spoken to her concerning additional time.  My guess would be that wherever Duane is, there she will be too.  Check back for further confirmation closer to concert date.
 

Is this event appropriate for children or youth groups?
Absolutely.  RushTour events never contain inappropriate material or language.  These events are designed so that all can enjoy.
 
How long will Dog speak?
Duane plans on speaking 45 minutes to the audience, but DOG speaks from his heart so he is not held to a timed script.  He has been known to speak longer when encouraged.  He will introduce his wife Beth, and she will probably say a few words to the crowd before leaving as well.
 
Will DOG bring merchandise for me to purchase?
Yes.  Dog the Bounty Hunter merchandise will be available for purchase.
 
Am I allowed to bring food into the venue?
No food is allowed, and will be thrown away during check-in.  This facility has full concessions capability for your enjoyment including hot food, candy and beverages.  No alcoholic beverages will be available at the concert.
 
Will there be security at the door?
At events this large, security at check in is a must.  Be sure to bring your printed receipt to get approved for entrance.  To avoid disappointment, delays and inconvenience, arrive no later than 30 minutes before concert start time.
